Application & Fees

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 application fee for each prospective tenant/resident.  The fee will cover the handling of your application and the cost of your credit report.

Every adult must personally fill out and sign an application if they are going to be a prospective tenant/resident. A photocopy of a valid government issued identification card is also required. All income must be verifiable and lawful. For acceptable forms of verification refer to the

  • To hold a property (for a maximum of ten days) an approved application must be on file with our office and a non-refundable Consideration Fee is required.
  • There is a separate pet deposit of $500.00 for each pet, depending on the unit's pet allowance. For unacceptable breeds refer to the RENTAL APPLICATION FORM.  Please note that all pets are OUTSIDE PETS ONLY.
